DIGITAL & AI FOUNDATIONS

Building scalable foundations, together.

Most AI efforts don't fail because the technology is bad. They fail because the foundations underneath haven't been built (or even considered). We help you rethink, redesign, and rebuild so that you can trust your digital systems and make AI work for you.

Approach

Foundations-first

Everyone talks about the newest AI features. We show you your next logical step.

Services

Assess. Advise. Adopt. Equip.

PointUP offers four service lines, organised around how clients actually progress. Most start with the Foundations Audit, if they don't have a clear idea of their current digital systems and AI position. Workshops are the other natural entry point. For specific questions, you can book a call on Tinrate.

01 · Assess

Foundations Audit & Roadmap

A scoped assessment of your data, systems, and operating model. You leave with a prioritised roadmap, a clearly named first step, and a recommendation on whether to start with AI Adoption or a Digital Transformation engagement first.

02 · Advise

AI Adoption & Digital Transformation

Strategic guidance on where AI fits your business, with clear and relevant use cases or, when foundations need work first, business and functional analysis (BA/FA) for digital transformation.

03 · Adopt

Advisory Retainer

Recurring access to 1-on-1 sparring, decision review, and ongoing guidance on your AI projects. The strategic and objective perspective without a full project engagement, when you need an external party to guide your AI actions.

04 · Equip

Workshops & Training

Custom individual or team workshops on AI fluency, practical tool skills and capabilities (e.g., Claude, Lovable, context-engineering, prompting), and confident AI-supported decision-making.

We advise, analyse, assess, and train. At PointUP, we don't believe that "doing it all for you" gives you the best shot at indepent growth. We believe in guiding and training you adequately, so you can continue building yourself after we leave.  It's what makes building for handoff real and valuable.

Flagship engagement

The Foundations Audit

The clearest place to start. Scoped, time-bound, and built to give you something valuable and concrete: a roadmap your team can act on, with or without us.

What we assess

  • Current state of data, systems, and core operational processes
  • Digital and AI readiness across people, process, and tech
  • Gaps between where you are today and your stated growth ambition
  • Specific blockers stopping meaningful AI adoption

What you leave with

  • Written assessment with prioritised gaps
  • A phased roadmap
  • A clearly defined first step with scope and timeline
  • A recommended path forward toward AI Adoption, or a Digital Foundations build first, independent of PointUP

The foundations audit was built to ensure you don't start with the wrong thing. Its outcome can conclude you're ready to build with AI on top of your current foundations, or that your foundations need to first be built.

When AI Adoption Advisory. Foundations are sound enough. We help identify where AI actually fits your business, select tools, and review your team's implementation as they build.

When Digital Transformation first. Foundations need work before AI delivers value. We run business and functional analysis (BA/FA), produce TO-BE specifications, and do a clean, guided handoff to your team or an implementation partner. AI Adoption follows once foundations are in place.

About

A practitioner-guide for founders figuring out AI in real time.

PointUP was founded by Morane Atzmon in Belgium. With a background in business engineering, applied economics, and academic research on high-tech startup growth, she's been hooked to technology and manically following up with advancements in the space for over 9 years. The purpose? Figuring out what is useful (and what is not), and helping others quickly find value for their business in the always denser-growing field. She's co-founded and transformed several companies and worked as a digital transformation strategist and business developer simultaneously.

The pattern that drove the emergence of what PointUP is today, and which drives the current practice, relates to an issue most growing companies hit at a certain point in their growth. They're trying to take that next big step—mostly using automation or, more recently, AI—and hit a wall. The ambition is there, the willingness is there, but the infrastructure to handle it hasn't been built yet. That pain of not seeing progress is adamant and felt in all corners of the business. A messy CRM. A sales process that lives in someone's head. No reliable data to decide from (or lots of data, and none that fits the other). It's not only a headache, it's a scalability issue that needs to be solved today. PointUP exists to fix that order of operations: Foundations first, AI on top.

The key to success won't be the technology — it'll be the design of a new operating model to unlock its real value.

What makes PointUp different

Foundations-led, instead of AI-led

Your AI output isn't bad because the technology is bad. It's bad because the foundations underneath haven't been built (or considered) yet.

Operator depth + Advisor perspective

We've done the operational mud-work (configured CRMs, designed system architectures for ERP implementations, run GTM motions, built AI workflows, ...), and bring it to your business with external, objective  and human clarity.

Builds for Empowered Independence

The goal is a system you own and operate independently. We don't sell dependency, we want your team to be empowered en capable to know, and confidently decide, what to do next.
