PointUP was founded by Morane Atzmon in Belgium. With a background in business engineering, applied economics, and academic research on high-tech startup growth, she's been hooked to technology and manically following up with advancements in the space for over 9 years. The purpose? Figuring out what is useful (and what is not), and helping others quickly find value for their business in the always denser-growing field. She's co-founded and transformed several companies and worked as a digital transformation strategist and business developer simultaneously.
The pattern that drove the emergence of what PointUP is today, and which drives the current practice, relates to an issue most growing companies hit at a certain point in their growth. They're trying to take that next big step—mostly using automation or, more recently, AI—and hit a wall. The ambition is there, the willingness is there, but the infrastructure to handle it hasn't been built yet. That pain of not seeing progress is adamant and felt in all corners of the business. A messy CRM. A sales process that lives in someone's head. No reliable data to decide from (or lots of data, and none that fits the other). It's not only a headache, it's a scalability issue that needs to be solved today. PointUP exists to fix that order of operations: Foundations first, AI on top.
